Is Branded Surveys Legit? Branded Survey Review

I have tested many different survey sites.

Some I loved, others were tedious and low-paying.

The best survey sites share a few common traits, I have found. They are simple to use, easy to earn, transparent about earnings, have many survey opportunities, and they are very user-friendly.

Branded Surveys ticks all my boxes. They also offer a bonus structure. The more surveys you complete the more points you will earn.

Before we get into the pros and cons of each, let’s first take a look at what happened.

What are Branded Surveys?

Branded Surveys, formerly MintVine was a website that partnered with market research firms to pay real consumers their opinions. These companies will use your feedback to market and create new products.

Branded Surveys members can earn points by taking surveys. These points can be used to redeem for cash, gift card or a donation to your favorite charity. $1 Sign Up Bonus $1 Sign-Up Bonus DollarSprout Rating

Branded Surveys offers users the opportunity to voice their opinion. Payed surveys are a way for users to make money. They can be used to redeem cash, gift cards or charitable donations. 500 points is the minimum cash-out threshold, which equals $5. Site members receive a 50 point sign-up bonus to create an account, and 50 points to complete the first profile survey. Continue reading

Are Branded Surveys Legal?

Branded Surveys has a Trustpilot rating of 4.3 stars with a large number of positive reviews. Positive reviews refer to the ease of cash-out, variety, and number of survey options.

Common complaints include survey filling too fast, being kicked out halfway through surveys, not receiving enough points, and issues with prompt payments.

However, there are no complaints about the product. Several of our team members have tested it and received payments for participating in surveys. Branded Surveys is a legit company.

What is the Work of Branded Surveys?

Branded Surveys works in the same way as other survey sites. You just need to create a free account and answer some demographic questions before you can start taking surveys.

You don’t need to fill out an application and there’s no waiting period before you find out if your application has been accepted.

For creating an account, you get 50 points and 50 for taking your first survey. This adds up to a $1 sign-up bonus. Source: Branded Surveys

Branded Surveys’ Survey Matching Engine matches you with qualified surveys.

This streamlines the process as you don’t have to look through many options to find the one that suits your qualifications. Instead, surveys are automatically sent to you that match your profile.

Because I didn’t want any time spent sifting through potential opportunities that I might not be qualified for, I found it attractive that they did the initial work.

Reviewer’s Take: I was very surprised at how many options Branded Surveys offered me.

Only three surveys are displayed in your “Survey Spotlight” account. Your survey offers are refreshed each time you complete a new survey, or update your profile.

I have encountered an issue with several other sites. I complete a few surveys, gain traction, and then I stop getting new offers. Then, I stop receiving new surveys and don’t have enough points to cash out. Branded Surveys keeps me occupied with surveys.

Taking surveys

To view the surveys you are eligible for, login to your account dashboard after you have created your account. These surveys are listed under “Survey Spotlight.”

The estimated time to complete the surveys and the points earned will be displayed. This can help you decide if the survey is worth the effort.

Remember that the listed time is only an estimate. Some surveys took me significantly longer to complete than the time listed. For example, I received 39 points for completing a survey that was listed as taking 10 minutes. However, it took me only 2 minutes to complete. Source: Branded Surveys

There are anywhere from one to three options for survey participation, as well as “Extra Earnings Opportunities”, such as partner surveys, questionnaires and the daily poll.

You can have notifications sent to your email address in addition to the surveys that are available via your dashboard. All requests will need to be responded to quickly as surveys can fill up and expire in minutes. You can earn more points if you take the surveys in your spare time.

These surveys can be slow and frustrating. Average time to receive the offers was around 20-30 minutes. It was a lot of time, especially if you want to take several in one day. Because it took me longer than I wanted, I didn’t take as many photos as I could.

The opinion of a Reviewer: I found my survey-taking experience to be generally positive. Branded Surveys does a great job matching you with qualified surveys.

Only a few times did I start a survey I wasn’t qualified for. Sometimes I got 1-3 points but sometimes I was just redirected to my dashboard without anything. This is to be expected with any survey site, according to my experience.

I received 5 points for the daily poll, and a brief questionnaire. The highest-paying survey was 250 points. The majority of the ones that I was eligible for fell within the 20-50 point range. Source: Branded Surveys

Some of these surveys were actually enjoyable. One about what kind of dog food I feed was the one I chose. This is a topic that I am passionate about. This one was the most difficult because I had to get up off my couch and grab some canned food for my dog.

Another survey that I completed was on digital content creation. It was very fitting and something that I have many opinions about.

I was struck by the fact that almost all surveys have “trick” questions. This is a good sign you are paying attention. These questions will be incorrect or inconsistent with your demographic questions (age, household income, etc.). If you don’t answer these correctly, or if your answers are inconsistent with your demographic questions (household income, age, etc.), you will be disqualified. Your account could even be flagged as fraud.

Although it may sound counterintuitive, you can make more money if you take your time. You’ll be eligible for higher-paying surveys if you provide high-quality responses.

Branded Elite Program

Branded Surveys’ bonus program, Branded Elite, is Branded Elite. There are three levels: Silver, Bronze, and Gold. Source: Branded Surveys

To see your status and the number of points required to move up to the next tier, you can click on Branded Elite in the navigation menu.

Your Branded Elite status will increase your chances of earning bonus points for reaching milestones such as 12, 20, and 30 surveys within 7 days.

Bronze members receive a 5% bonus if they complete 12 surveys within 7 days. For the same number completed surveys, the bonus increases to 15 if you are in the Gold Tier.

Each week, the bonuses are added to your account along with what you earn by taking surveys.

Reviewer’s Take: Branded Surveys made a smart decision by creating a tiered bonus structure. It makes the experience more fun and encourages you to take on more surveys.

It seemed like it would take forever for me to get to Silver, but after 2.5 hours of surveying, I am now 4 points away! Source: Branded Surveys

Branded Elite status can only be earned points. Any points earned for signing up or taking part in profile surveys do not count towards your Branded Elite status.

Notifications by email

Branded Surveys offers the advantage of allowing you to limit how many surveys options you receive per day via email. Instead of having your inbox flooded (or empty) by offers, you can control how many emails and when you receive them. Source: Branded Surveys

You can choose to receive up to 10 surveys per hour if you know you are on your computer between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

You can, on the other hand choose to receive no options while you sleep, so you don’t have a ton of Branded Surveys emails waiting for you when you log in the next day.

You can unsubscribe at any time if you find it too overwhelming or you wish to stop receiving emails. This option will only allow you to receive surveys once you have opened your Branded Surveys dashboard.

Reviewer’s Take: The default account for Branded Surveys was to receive 22 emails per calendar day when I signed up. This is way too many emails to handle in my already overloaded inbox.

The “advanced Email Schedule feature” (screenshot below) was a relief to me. It wasn’t all or nothing. I wanted to receive emails about new surveys but not in an excessive amount.

I was happy to receive only one email an hour between 12 and 3 p.m. Branded Surveys was great about this.

The only problem I have with the tiered program, is that you must continue earning a minimum amount of points in order to keep your badge. You can upgrade your badge once you have earned enough points to keep it for the next month and any subsequent months. You must keep earning the minimum or you will fall back to the lower tiers.

Cashing in

You can cash out your winnings once you have 500 points worth $5. You have the option to receive a cash payment via PayPal, or Branded.

Pay (their exclusive payout option that allows U.S. customers to receive direct payments to their bank accounts). You can also convert your points into gift cards to Amazon, Apple, Buffalo Wild Wings, or to make a donation to charity.

Usually, you will receive your gift card or cash within one to three working days.

Reviewer’s Take: I took 2.5 hours to complete surveys in order to earn enough points for cashout.

I am currently at 741 points ($7.41) within less than one day of opening my account. However, I have not cashed out yet. (I am still waiting to reach Silver status, which is 4 points away, so that I can earn more bonus point for survey streaks!) Source: Branded Surveys

This includes 50 points for signing-up and easy points to complete the profile survey.

This site is still comparable to (or even better) other survey sites that I have tested. While you won’t make a lot of cash quickly, you can earn $10 to $25 per month if there are a few surveys you take each day and you keep a high quality score (i.e. Keep your answers consistent and avoid “trick” questions.

Other ways to earn

You can earn points by taking surveys. There are also other ways that you can make money with Branded Surveys .

Refer friends

You’ll get a unique referral code that you can share with family, friends and social media followers when you create a Branded Surveys Account. You’ll get 50 extra points for every person who signs up and achieves Silver status.

Last Thoughts

Branded surveys are a legitimate way for you to make extra money online if your hobby is taking surveys. It is easy to use, you can earn points in many ways, and the payout process for these surveys is very simple.

It can be used as an addition to other online gigs such earning money to view ads, or participate in focus groups.

Pay can be very low depending on how long you spend answering surveys and surveys can sometimes take a lot of time. To maximize your online earnings, you can combine surveys with other side hustle.

Branded Surveys wins my vote when it comes to paid surveys sites.
