I read on another site that the Scrubbing Bubbles aerosol cleaner is not included in the rebate, checked the rebate booklet and sure enough they are not. They will not be free, not still only $1 each after $3/2 IP, so not bad. The wipes will be free though!
Thanks for pointing that out Jen. It is weird that it is listed in the weekly ad as having the rebate but not the rebate book. I will make a note of this in the post.
On the razors should we purchase separately to get the RR or will it go through because they different?
Thank you
Kelley
I didn’t try it so I would say to purchase them separately just to be sure it works.
I went to Walgreens this morning to take advantage of the fusion razor deal. The cashier rang up my razor and accepted my $4 coupon which brought my total to $5.74. I paid with my debit card, but the RR did not print out. I walked out to my car and looked at the ad again. I usually just suck it up and deal with it, but I went back in and asked the cashier if I misunderstood the ad. She called the manager over who stated that an RR would not print if you use a manufacturer’s coupon because “it is protecting itself against fraud.” I do not want to get blacklisted at my favorite Walgreens so I said okay. She did give me $6 on a Walgreens gift card to make up for it which is very nice. I don’t know what to do now. I don’t want to be the person who has to get the manager every time my RR doesn’t print. I’ve spend literally thousands of dollars at Walgreens throughout the years and do not feel like I’m “defrauding” them. Is this new at all Walgreens or just this one? I don’t like going in CVS either because when I first had trouble ordering a CVS card online, I went into the store to get the card and the manager asked me if I was planning on stealing from the store because I heard that CVS has to pay some people to shop there. I am not a dishonest person. I simply live paycheck to paycheck and like to take advantage of a good deal when I can.
I feel for you Stephanie. Just last week one of my readers was told that a register reward would not print if a coupon was used. We both emailed customer service but haven’t heard anything back yet. I know that you don’t want to cause trouble but you are doing nothing wrong. If your store is fine with giving you a gift card each time then go with it. It might be a pain to ask for it but unlike register rewards there is no expiration date.
You might want to contact customer service yourself. I will let you know if I ever hear anything.

I did the same thing yesterday! The girl told me it wouldn’t print if i used my coupon! Well I got the manager and it was the wrong razor! I asked the girl if it was the right one and she said yes, but it wasn’t. It has to say GAMER on in it. The manager rung it up and used my coupon and my RR printed out! It’s the checkers who are telling us we got the right thing when we didn’t. A girl knew where some of the “GAMER” ones were and went and got me one. So if it wasn’t for the other girl the checker would have kept telling me it was because I couldn’t use the coupon if i wanted my RR. Who knows how many other people she told that to.
oh yeah did i tell you i got a call from the store manager of wal greens last week? From what I understand she said something like if my total is less than the RR that’s going to print then it won’t print. I think. I wasn’t really following her. But after the razor incident yesterday I just rang everything up together used my gc from my rebates last month, paid around $8 or $9 OOP and now I have $7 in RR for next time. I got the razor, 4 of the sc johnsons, the garnier, 2 colgates, and 2 joy dish detergent. So not bad….
