Up to 10 Free Bottles Fuze – Class Action Settlement

If you purchased any Fuze beverage for personal consumption, and not for resale, in the United States between July 16, 2004 and April 6, 2009, or in New Jersey between July 16, 2002 and July 15, 2004, a class action settlement pending in the Los Angeles County Superior Court could affect your rights.  In addition, if you purchased Fuze Slenderize beverage for personal consumption during these time periods you may qualify to receive a portion of the $4.5 million common fund. Fuze denies any wrong doing and the court has not found favor, but both sides have agreed to a settlement.

In order to receive a portion of the settlement, you must submit a qualifying Claim Form. If you have proofs of purchase (original sales receipt that identifies the Fuze Slenderize beverage purchase, the date of purchase and the price) for more than ten (10) bottles, please click here and follow the instructions provided.

If you do not possess proofs of purchase for up to ten bottles of Fuze Slenderize, you may still submit a claim for purchases of Fuze Slenderize beverages for up to ten (10) bottles. Just click here and follow the instructions provided.

All claim forms must be post marked by July 10th.  The final settlement hearing is scheduled for July 31st.
