SwagBucks: New Features, Promotions & Code For New Members
If you have been following The Freebie Blogger for a while, I’m sure you’ve heard me talk about Swagbucks: a place where you can get free stuff like gift cards, video games, electronics and more just by doing internet searches. Whether you are someone that has been a member for a while or someone just thinking about joining I have some great information for both of you.
If you are new to Swagbucks make sure to sign up today and get 3 additional points (for a total of 6) when you use the code WENDISCODE (case sensitive). This code expires on 6/16/09 at 11:59 PM PT. The best part is, the six points you earn by signing up with this code qualify you for 5 different gift cards!
If you are a current member you will be happy to know that Swagbucks is making some great changes and running a few promotions:
Tuesday they will be adding 1000’s of new and used titles to the video game section of the Swag Store, and offering a special sale on many of these titles.
Wednesday they will unviel Shop & Earn Favorites: a great new feature that gives you the ability to choose your ‘Favorite’ stores in the Shop & Earn mall, and receive updates on new coupons from these retailers.
Thursday they will launch Swagbucks.com 2.5: A Swagbuck homepage with a new cleaner look and easier navigation & quick links and the Swag Bucks Widget: The ultimate referral / promotional tool.
Swagbucks will also be running a number of “Swag Code” hunts on their Facebook, Blog and Twitter pages, and offering a limited time, special gift with every purchase of selected items in the Swag Store.

June 9th, 2009 at 2:52 pmHi Nick,
Did you enter the code on the sign up page? Did you get any points at all?

June 9th, 2009 at 3:13 pmOkay, I checked with the company and they said that the code is working.
The code has to be entered on the first page in all caps.
I guess you can contact customer service and let them know the points were not applied to your account. Maybe they can add them.
