The Scotch pop up tape dispenser is not on sale in my ad. Are ads different across the country on some items?

The coupon is for $1 off and you will use 2 since you will be buying 2 dispensers.

Which is not the normal, “One coupon per item purchased.”

Okay, I did my own research and *yes* the Rite Aid store circulars can differ on certain items in different regions. I had the same thing happen with Walgreens, too. Bummer, because that tape sure would have been nice this time of year.
