Here are your answers:

It is an unadvertised deal and may vary with store location (I have verified
it in my city). They can take the coupons just in case.

#2
The Yellow advantage flyer coupon is specifically a Publix coupon (it has no
bar code)(they key in the L.U. numbers to enter the coupons). The Super
Summer Savings coupon booklet coupon is a manufacturer coupon with a bar
code that starts with the #5. All Publix stores allow you to stack a
manufacturer coupon with a Publix coupon.

On the bug sprays both of those coupons are publix specific,so how can we use them both for the same can?
