A class action lawsuit is pending in the US District Court, Northern District of Illinois, involving people who used a credit or debit card at an Olive Garden restaurant between December 4, 2006 and August 10, 2007. Class members will be eligible to receive a $9 voucher that can be used for the purchase of an appetizer, pending the ruling.
