Physician’s Formula Mascara & Bronze Booster Rebates

Physicians Formula is offering two different rebates: 100% Natural Origin Mascara and Bronze Booster. To get this rebate you must purchase packages marked “Try Me Free”. Products must be purchased between 1/1/09 and 12/31/09 and requests must be postmarked by 1/31/10. Click here for a list of stores that carry Physicians Formula products.
