Petsmart Howl-O-Ween Event

On October 20, 2009, Petsmart is having their annual Howl-O-Ween costume contest and photo event for pets and their parents. The event will be held in all PetSmart stores and will feature a pet parade, prizes for contest winners and a free goodie bag for the first 100 customers. I’ve also heard there are flyers in the stores saying they are giving away free 1 lb. bags of pet food.
