Coupon books are back at McDonald’s and Wendy’s. The Wendy’s book is $1 and has 10 coupons for a free 6 oz. frosty. The McDonald’s book is also $1 and has 12 coupons, three free of each of the following items: burger, fry, drink, and cone. I think these coupons are meant to be passed out to Trick or Treaters but they would make a nice Halloween gift for your own kids (and a cheap family dinner out). These can only be found at participating locations, for children 13 and under, one per visit (or child if they pay for their own food).

Does anyone know where I can buy the McDonald’s coupons now that Halloween is over? (I missed buying them before).
Every McDonalds is going to be different but I would think that if they had leftovers they would still sell them.
I have searched several McDonald’s looking for the coupon books and I have been unable to find any. I have also emailed the district manager and never got a reply. When these items go on sale. they should also state where they are available and when they go on sale. Upon going to several McDonald Restaurants, I was told they didn’t have any, never did and couldn’t tell me where to locate them. This is very frustrating because I planned to donate them to the church to place in halloween bags at our annual “Kids Night Out” halloween party. This is a far better treat than all candy.

This post was written in 2008, but I do believe that I saw coupons books a both my McDonalds and Wendys this year. I know with McDonalds, not all stores have the coupon books. I would suggest going to McDonalds.com and complaining. Maybe you would get a response then.
