Thrifty Tip
Don't throw away old cotton socks. Save them for polishing furniture, dusting blinds, cleaning carpet stains and other yucky messes. They are stronger than paper towels and you won't have to worry about ruining them like you would your kitchen towels.

Has anyone else had trouble with this? It made me register then told me I wasn’t eligible and had to subscribe to use the service. I’m confused.
I did it last night and it went through fine. If anyone else does this and has a problem let me know so I can make changes to the post.

That’s good. It seems like as soon as I post stuff it stops working so I was worried this was another one of those things!!!
If you are already a McAfee user (especially the 3-user Virus Scan Plus) you are probably not eligible and just have to ‘renew’ your existing service.
Be wary, if you do try to get the ‘free-ware’ as I did, it will remove your old software and when you restart your computer and log back in, you will be unprotected.
When I logged back into McAfee it says I have to pay for the renewal of my previous service.
Wow…seems kinda scamish from McAfee!
Downloaded under my wife’s e-mail. i.e. a new account with McAfee and it loaded without problem.
