At the bottom of the form it says “By subscribing to Jim Brickman’s mailing list, you agree to the Terms & Conditions”. If you click on the link, it brings up the Terms & Conditions for mobileStorm E-mail and Wireless Text Messaging. Not sure what this has to do with Jim Brickman or American Greetings.
