I just wanted to comment on the ShadyBrook Farm fresh turkey we purchased for Thanksgiving. I have purchased your turkeys for years and this was the first year I was totally disappointed. Once I unwraped the turkey, one leg was almost seperated for the rest of the bird. It was held in place by a very thin piece of the skin and during the roasting, it completely seperated from the rest of the bird and was not done when we took the bird out of the oven. I just thought you should know about this and hopefully, if we ever buy a Shadybrook turkey again, we will not have to deal with this disappointment.

i would think the turkey was more disappointed that he was dead so you could eat it and you’re complaining that his leg was hanging off. you are going to cut it off anyway. so the dead animal killed for you to eat wasn’t perfect…i bet if you looked in a mirror you would see that you’re not either.
