One of my readers just told me that Target, Lucky’s, and Albertsons has Scottie’s Tissue boxes for $1. Use this $1/1 coupon to get the tissues free. Make sure when you fill out the form for the coupon you state that you are not a regular user of Scottie or the coupon will be for only $0.50.

At CVS they are also $1.
