How do you know that you will be getting the lightbulbs? I did not see a confirmation screen or anything that said they would be sending them to me?

Thanks for this information!I completed the report and followed your directions, but it did not mention the light bulbs. I hope to receive them.
I didn’t complete the survey since I am not a customer so I can’t say for sure whether it said anything about the free ligth bulbs. All I had was the info included in the first link about how to claim them. It looks as though they have changed the site and you can no longer click on “Home Energy Center”, so I think the deal has ended.
Hi, this coupon is valid but wallmart (zip 28262 and concord) doesnt have 6 pack at all. they are not allowing to give 2 separate pack each of 3 bulbs eventhough total priced is same as 6 packs. Also they said there is no stock at all and will not come for 6 pack.
