    I’ve received four HotBooks, and all of them were great quality (one printed a little dark, but otherwise okay). They’re not intended to be like bound books from Kodak, Snapfish, etc.

    You can also use the Facebook application to get this free monthly book.

    Try contacting the company are signing up for another. You are allowed one free one each month. I read a lot of places that the books are coming for most people.
