I was able to do this without being signed up for the trial offer. I clicked on the link above the form, but there’s another box below the form that will let you check yes or no for the trial offer. You have to be sure to check no on that one too. You basically have to reject the trial offer twice.
I tried to sign up, got a message that I do not meet the age requirements. Guess I’m too old for nail polish
