I signed up on 11/24 and I am really surprised, but they actually arrived in the mail yesterday! (they came in a regular envelope and are silver with clear dangly beads) Thanks for this post!

I got the same message. Stayed up late that night and signed up at 12:10am. No confirmation email for me, either. Hope these come. They will be a cute stocking stuffer for my teen.

Tammy, the same thing happen to me. I sign up and got the same message. I’m not sure what that means? Maybe, they are so overwhelm with how many people sign up a short period they need some time to sort things out before sending the e-mails to whom gets the earrings or we are just luck out.

Hi Betty,

Just tried it myself and it went through without a problem. There are 8 letters in my city name. I think this site is just a little buggy. As long as you can get your street address and zipcode in, that should be enough to receive it.

this site also expects the towns name to be 5 letters or more so my town name is out!
