How is this supposed to come, do you know? I tried to do this once before and it took all my info and never sent us anything, and now when I try it says we’ve already redeemed the reward.
I had the same exactly the same problem. I didn’t enter (there wasn’t an option) my phone number, so it is confusing…
They were supposed to call.
I’m sorry you never got your call. There is a limit of one per household so you will not be able to sign up for another call, even though you didn’t get the first one. I guess you can contact customer service and let them know what happened.

I’ve been a member of Movie rewards for a LONG time and didn’t know about this! My daughter has a birthday coming up and I was looking to get her one of these calls! Thankfully, I found your post and get it for free. My favorite way to get things- FREE!
