I order a DVD on 02/11/2010 and as of today 02/08/2010 have not received it. I have been told on two different occasions that it was going to be shipped. I called and was told that it should be shipped on 02/19/2010. Why does it take over 1 month to ship a DVD?? Why was I not told at the time of the order that they do not have it in stock?
