Yes, CVS does accept printable coupons. As far as expired coupons go, some cashiers won&#039;t check and some stores don&#039;t care. At my CVS I have never had a problem using an expired coupon as long as it was not more was 2 weeks past expiration. But I&#039;m sure they won&#039;t be accepted at all stores.
