Yes, CVS does accept printable coupons. As far as expired coupons go, some cashiers won’t check and some stores don’t care. At my CVS I have never had a problem using an expired coupon as long as it was not more was 2 weeks past expiration. But I’m sure they won’t be accepted at all stores.
