They were found at the Customer Service Desk or hanging in the Health & Beauty aisle. I’m not sure if stores still have some left or not.

Sarah, did you ask them “If it’s not a cosmetic, then what IS it?” I’d certainly like to know. Not that you can fight “City Hall”, anyway. I don’t spent time arguing about these deals because there are so many, but in this case, even if I didn’t get the item, I’d still like to know what they classify nailpolish as! Maybe you tell them others are also interested in knowing, and ask them next time you are there.

I just knew someone would have a problem with that. Nail polish is regulated by the FDA under food, cosmetics and drugs. So I guess if they consider it a cosmetic, it is!

The cashier and manager at CVS gave me a hard time with the Revlon Deal, they said nail polish wasn’t a cosmetic, the revlon coupon wouldn’t ring up when they scanned it, they ended up letting me use the coupon-but they had to manually enter it.
