why didn’t I just check Laura’s comment first? I’ve been trying to get the neosporing coupon for over 30 minutes. lol..maybe next time.
October 3rd, 2009 at 3:21 pmThe cashier and manager at CVS gave me a hard time with the Revlon Deal, they said nail polish wasn’t a cosmetic, the revlon coupon wouldn’t ring up when they scanned it, they ended up letting me use the coupon-but they had to manually enter it.
October 4th, 2009 at 11:59 amI just knew someone would have a problem with that. Nail polish is regulated by the FDA under food, cosmetics and drugs. So I guess if they consider it a cosmetic, it is!
October 4th, 2009 at 7:02 pmSarah, did you ask them “If it’s not a cosmetic, then what IS it?” I’d certainly like to know. Not that you can fight “City Hall”, anyway. I don’t spent time arguing about these deals because there are so many, but in this case, even if I didn’t get the item, I’d still like to know what they classify nailpolish as! Maybe you tell them others are also interested in knowing, and ask them next time you are there.
