I have also been a member for several months now too and have yet to see this type of offer in my email. I did receive the pearl bracelet offer via snail mail greeting card. I did not go out of my way to pick it up as the nearest location is about 45 mins. away and the bracelet didn’t look like much quality or taste.
Maybe your earrings will be of nicer quality than the bracelet offering appeared to be.
I got the earring e-mail for my birthday. After I picked up the earrings there was a survey to fill out online. After I did that, I returned the receipt to the store & got a free frame.

I’m not sure Mary. You can sign up online to receive email updates but don’t see a place to enter your birthdate. Maybe Jill did that at the store somehow.
I just went through this dilemma, and you have to sign up for their catalog to be mailed to your address and you can peel the coupon off of it
