I deleted the orginal post about this offer after one of my readers said it was only valid with a $100 purchase. I contacted GGP and was told this:

These bags are rumored to contain goodies from Martha Stewart like receipe cards. I would suggest calling your local GGP mall to see if they are participating and to get the details of their offer since it may vary by location.
