The only thing better than getting freebies in the mail is when you find a really good printable coupon and can get a full size sample of the product while you are out doing your grocery shopping. Here are two printable “free after coupon” offers and one “nearly free”.
Kashi is offering a printable coupon for $2 off one of their products when you join the Kashi community. I used the coupon to buy a box of Go Lean Crunch from Wal-Mart and after the coupon only paid 50 cents.
Kraft is offering a printable coupon for $3 off LiveActive Cereal. The cereal is priced at $2.98 at Wal-Mart so you will make a few cents. Also, I was able to print out two coupons.
Excedrin is offering a printable coupon for $2 off Excedrin Migraine 24 ct. or larger. Through Saturday CVS has this product on sale for $1.99, so after coupon it is free! I was also able to print out multiple coupons.

I love going out to eat: somewhere nice, somewhere fast, or just somewhere for dessert. As long as I get out of this house and don’t have to cook I am happy. As often as I want to go out, with the rising cost of food and gas I have to find ways to save money.
Check out the Irish-themed restaurant Bennigan’s and sign up to join their club. They send many coupons throughout the year that include buy 1 get 1 free entrees or your choice of a free appetizer or dessert. They also send email updates on restaurant promotions like $5 burger days. The restaurant in our area had a kids night where with the purchase of an adult entree your could receive up to 2 kids entrees for free. I could not find any information on the website about this so check your local Bennigan’s first.

If you are new to getting freebies and signing up for offers on the Internet, here are a few tips to keep you from getting harassing calls, junk mail, spam, or your identity stolen.
Credit Card Information - This is not usually required for your basic freebie but may be for free trials. Never give this information if you do not feel it is necessary for the offer or if you do not trust the website. Always do your research first.
Email Address - Sign up for a secondary email address. I like Gmail because it has a great spam filter and plenty of free storage so you don’t have to worry about deleting messages. To cut down on spam to your primary address, download the free version of Mail Washer. I have been using this for nearly a year and it works wonders.
Phone Number - Don’t give out your home/cell number. Instead get a free online voice mail box at Simple Voice Box or JConnect. And remember to register your home and cell phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry.
Date of Birth - I don’t feel that giving out this information is necessary, so unless I’m making a purchase I will just use a fake one.
Home Address - Of course you will have to give out your address when something will be sent to your home. Even though I frequently sign up for freebies I don’t have a much of a problem with junk mail. If this is something that you are having a problem with check out this article on About.com. Having items sent to a Post Office Box number can help protect your privacy as well.
