Oh My GOODNESS….Definitely the Spinach, Roasted Pepper & Cheese melt… How can one resist the tempting taste(s) of sauteed spinach w/ roasted peppers and a variety of cheeses…all hidden within a fluffy egg omelet that sits atop a sweet-yet, titled ‘sourdough’ bread….. YUMMY!!!!! My kids will be having the ham’n'cheese-please.
