This feels too dishonest for some reason.
No offense, but I don’t think this one is a very good idea. You would still have to fill out an (fake)address for Virginia or Illiinois and there is a link at the bottom of the form about ‘Fraud Policy’ that states it is a crime to give false information to the company for purposes of defrauding them. Imo they might consider giving them false information to get an Amazon gift card an act of fraud.
…Unless you actually live in Virginia or Illinoise. Then it would be a great idea!
Maybe change the wording to ‘Offer available to Virginia and Illinois residents only’ would be better…
