I called about it and they refunded it. This also put me on an every-two-week delivery route, but I was able to request delivery only if I preorder. Thanks for the tips--love your site! Upon finishing the order also, the computer only took $5.00 off; when I called, the customer service rep. said that the driver would take off the additional when the delivery came. So, overall the cost is $1.00 for $9.99 worth of food/treats. Not bad at all! Just thought I would let everyone know.
